Here in Alpha Phi, there is not only a place for your daughter, but there is also a place for you! Whether it is dancing the night away at Red Dress Gala, playing games and walking the track at the Move Your Phi't Walk, or spending parents weekend here at West Chester, we welcome you into the Alpha Phi experience. Through attending these events, we strive to demonstrate that Alpha Phi is an organization that will lift your daughter to greater heights and will better develop her personal and professional self.  

Your daughter’s academics and education are a priority and Alpha Phi takes scholarship seriously. This organization implemented academic success initiatives and constantly promotes scholarship. Our members help one another to succeed in classes, gain internships, and develop a strong professional network to take with her into her post-college career.  Although Alpha Phi is a time commitment, your daughter will learn how to balance academics, Alpha Phi, work, and more, leading to a more well-rounded woman. We encourage each sister to attend Study Sessions and network within the chapter and with alumnae for future career possibilities.

 

We take pride in our studious members, as Alpha Phi has more than half of their members achieving Dean’s List and placing in the Top 5 highest GPAs for West Chester Sororities each semester. In the February 2018 Northeast Greek Leadership Association (NGLA) Conference, Alpha Phi – Epsilon Kappa’s scholarship program received national recognition by receiving the Amy Vojta Impact Award for Academic Achievement. The President and Executive Board have high expectations, and these women continue to impress us with their academic success and recognitions. Epsilon Kappa offers many resources for your daughter to become extremely successful and flourish professionally and personally.
